The company was founded in year 2023, investing in environmentally friendly energy solutions and commodities. Our development links trace back to Sweden and the United States since 2010. RGS Foundation is our main development and humanitarian arm for 4 privately held companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates. One of the very good solutions in the energy area is the ”Waste to Energy”process, and the company started on consultancy and investment basis supporting this technology and investigated financial solutions for clients in developing countries.

With the background in construction and power plants, we also support projects in these areas. We are presently focusing on gold mine development through implementation of technology, ecological remediation and stewardship, and strict occupational safety and health protocols.

• Project Management in construction area, housing, and commercial centers.
  
• Project Management in Power Plant area – a high voltage DC transmission line through south of Sweden (HVDC).
  Client: General Electric Grid Solutions. End client: Swedish Power Grids (Svenska Kraftnät).
  
• Rehabilitation of electrical grid and prepayment meter systems in Congo Kinshasa, DRC. We are acting through our subsidiary company PP Congo.
  

• RGS Foundation has a huge network of resources for varying humanitarian projects. 30+ years’ work has contributed to this network in different areas globally.
  
• RGS Foundation works closely with our client base to find a funding solution through structured private trade solutions.
  
• PP Congo, the company owned by an owner in RGS Foundation is now running an electrical rehabilitation project in Congo Kinshasa, district Matete. PP Congo has previously been engaged in social housing there.
  
• Through a joint investment structure, we can fund bankable feasibility studies prior to project start.
  
• We have ongoing relationships with mines, mine cooperatives, mining enterprises, and mining communities throughout South, East, and West Africa.
