• Thomas has 12 years’ experience in trade development areas; secure supply  chain, energy, commodities, infrastructure, technology exchange transfer, and digital economy.
  
• Previously, Thomas was a career +34-year Naval Officer in the United States Navy, retiring from Active Duty in 2016.
  
• Provides private equity solutions for the Indo-Pacific Strategy of the United States, with the QAUD 4 Alliance, and in strategic collaboration with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
